Raya Contact Center is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work in a UK account as technical support agents.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's inquiries and perform technical troubleshooting.
- Handle emails and chat as per business needs.
- Supporting customers with repair tickets and inquiries.
- Handle Virtual reality gadget's technical inquiries.

Job Requirements
- Excellent English

- Flexibility to work rotational shifts (between 9 am-7pm)
- Work Location: 6th of October city
- Technical background is a plus
