Raya Contact Center is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work in a UK account as technical support agents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer's inquiries and perform technical troubleshooting.
  • Handle emails and chat as per business needs.
  • Supporting customers with repair tickets and inquiries.
  • Handle Virtual reality gadget's technical inquiries.
