Job Description

  • Acting with a clear mandate to achieve expected / laid down standards of operational, financial and administrative performance of the company.
  • Creating strategic vision for the business that stems from company’s strength and builds on its competitive advantages.
  • Establishing basic priorities, ethical values, policies and attitudes that will transform the company from being a repeating culture into a learning culture; install a sense of personal involvement and commitment to the strategic vision throughout the company.
  • Maintaining public relations with all Customers’ levels.
  • Maintaining standards of performance in terms of criteria such as customer services, product quality, technological leadership, market share and financial measures that will meet expectations of the investors, the consumers and all other stake holders.
  • Coordinating activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
  • Evaluating and verifying employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
  • Executing plans, policies, and programs in business and administration affairs, property and equipment, supplies, housekeeping, stores, forms, and assets maintenance.
  • Developing budget recommendations for operating expenditures and/or capital outlay, personal services, equipment and materials, and maintains performance as high as possible.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years’ experience with a minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master Degree.
  • Knowledge of Security Systems installations (Including Access Control Systems, IP CCTV Systems, Biometric Security Systems, and Physical Security Barriers.)
  • Knowledge of official planning and management.
  • Knowledge of the principles and techniques of administrative management including organization, planning, staffing, training, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of the principles of organization, work flow, forms, supplies, equipment, correspondence, mail, procurement, and stock keeping Knowledge of methods of research and analysis, work standards, and work simplification Reports in a timely fashion.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills Results and action oriented.
