Job Description
- Defines localization support process and selects tools.
- Provides solutions, on time localization support and guidance to Project Management, Vendors, Translators & clients and troubleshoot localization issues via telephone, email or remote access.
- Prepares software and web applications for localization.
- Analyzes and quotes projects for existing clients.
- Provides training & instructions for translators/vendors on the different translation programs.
- Documents all technical inquiries, develops and reviews content for knowledge base.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate, Majoring in Computing field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML & XML technology.
- Background in Microsoft Macros is a plus.
- A strong desire to learn new tools processes and concepts.
- Multi-tasking, flexible & hardworking.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Excellent technical problem solving skills.
