Job Description
Main Duties:
- Lead analysis with documentation in his/her team , and set priorities of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, management practices, and able to apply them in practice;
- Produce Business Requirement Document, Use cases / User stories, Requirement traceability matrix, System Requirement Specification.
- Capture business needs and elicit high level requirements to define system scope through working with business entities.
- Design and Modeling “To-Be” maturity business processes , through studying market needs in that field, and prepare competitors reports about similar systems
- Develop prototypes to insure acceptance from Top management before delivery to development team, and suggest new methods to produce high level of service model .
- Participate in preparation of ‘long-range’ systems plans, and keep an eye on possible changes to business objectives and goals, considering planned time , cost , and quality
- Creates and implements system stakeholder feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the business vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher required. Preferred to be in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering
- Follows Radius IT Project Management processes , and In depth knowledge of IT project management best practices.
- 3-5 years of experience in analysis of SAAS & Cloud applications.
- Good experience in developing analysis for enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM , or SCM , and workflow applications .
- High knowledge of systems flows, system engineering documentation, tools, architecture concepts, and able to develop advanced business models with diagrams clearly.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Exceptional verbal and written communication in English & Arabic , presentation and organization skills to interface with all levels of management, and to serve as lead channel between developers, architects, designers .
- Advanced qualifications to plan strategically for current and future business environments, including future technology and business design changes to create flexible solutions .
- Having strong analytical, problem solving skills ,strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability of collaboration with other teams .
- Well organized and thorough, seeing both the big picture and details is a must.
- Experience in Accounting & Financial system is a plus
- Experience in Aviation field or fleet management systems is a plus.
