About the Job
  • Use customer information to select the size appropriate products
  • Use their technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide technical advices and support on a range of products.
  • Ensure that all the documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved and controlled
  • Complete recording opportunity history on CRM System till uploading active quotation
  • Prepare and follow-up the documentation for claims and variation orders (Technically/Financially)
  • Define and implement corrective actions where deficiencies are detected
  • Provide technical and financial assistance to sales team.
  • Provide and gather all the required technical documents such as drawings, manuals and instructions for sales team.
  • Provide and gather all the required financial documents such as foreign quotations / cost sheets.
  • Assist company with bids and tenders for new clients from a technical perspective.
  • Act like key point of contact for clients and provide pre/after sales advices.
  • Liaise with other members of the technical & sales team and other technical experts
  • Provide a specific/product training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and financial calculations of quotations
  • Reply Local/Foreign Purchasing department with full technical/financial order info, when needed.
  • Revise order confirmation of foreign suppliers technically if only needed.
  • Direct the technical office Engineer to do his/her delegated tasks.
  • Responsible for revise/update/modify technical/financial the output of technical office engineer/ same scope.
  • Collect Market's Technical & Financial information and share the study of [price, product, promotion, and place]
  • Describe market competition and advise/follow solutions.
  • Enhance/Develop the relationship between Supplier/Agent/Manufacture and our company.
  • Provide the company with technical tools and searching for good competitive prices
  • Negotiate the supplier/broker/manufacture in local/foreign purchasing phase if needed.
  • Study the competitor's product technically & financially.
  • Do sort of Cost/Profit analysis if needed
  • Directly report to the top management in cases of business problems, which related to the product.
  • Helping technically & financially the Sales Team within negotiation phase and deal closing.
  • Helping the Top Management in setting sector/product quota / goals.
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Calculating client quotations
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Analyzing costs and sales
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Meeting regular sales targets.
  • Dealing with traders and following up their deliveries
Job Requirements
  • Male or Female
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical
  • Knowing about Gearboxes
  • Good Command of written and spoken English and Arabic as a mother tongue
  • Very Good in using computer, Microsoft Applications
  • High management and planning skills
  • Communicate clearly though good writing techniques and verbal communication
  • Strong technical Skills
  • Great Analytical and problem solving Skills
  • Be fully aware of the products specifications, drawings and contractual terms
