Store Manager at My Diamond This is a fantastic opportunity to manage this luxury Jeweler store. My Diamond is recognized across the globe and is well established in delivering a premium service alongside a beautiful product package.
As a successful Store Manager you will be able to demonstrate that you can drive a team to achieve the business goals whilst ensuring the customer is at the heart of the business with full satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead by example and be an active role model within the store and company.
- Recruit, train and develop your team to its highest potential.
- Deliver on company sales targets through initiatives and creating a productive and positive environment.
- Drive all key performance indicators.
- Promote a premium level of customer service.
- Ensure the team upholds the brand image and act as an ambassador for the brand. You will currently be managing one of my diamond premium jewelry stores in Egypt.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- From 3 to 5 years of experience
- Very good command of English
- Previous work in jewelry or as a brand store manager is a must
