Job Description
- Preparing and delivering reports to CEO and Handling incoming, outgoing phone calls and arranging callbacks.
- Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and clients, keeping company information private & confidential,
- Responsibility in achieving company`s objectives, maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Act as the point of contact between departments.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Maintaining organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery, equipment Managing company fixed assets system and make sure of its accuracy.
- Providing staff with their needs and monitor use.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must (reading, writing, and listening).
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint).
