Job Description

  • Preparing and delivering reports to CEO and Handling incoming, outgoing phone calls and arranging callbacks.
  • Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and clients, keeping company information private & confidential,
  • Responsibility in achieving company`s objectives, maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Act as the point of contact between departments.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery, equipment Managing company fixed assets system and make sure of its accuracy.
  • Providing staff with their needs and monitor use.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must (reading, writing, and listening).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Presentable.
