Job Description

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Publish and remove job ads and assist in the hiring processes.
  • Screen CVS and conduct the first interview.
  • Coordinate / schedule interviews for the hiring managers.
  • Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Cultivate training and development programs.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (ex: Available vacations)
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Preferable HR certification or Diploma.
  • Minimum of 3 years Human Resources related experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of general HR practices, relevant labor laws, and regulations.
  • Experience coaching and supporting remote teams.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and oral/written communication skills are essential.
  • Working Conditions required 10-15% travel
