Job Description
- Studying the ideal method of execution, the projects each in separate way according to projects condition.
- Collecting the required Material, equipment and manpower for each site according to schedule, priority and long lead items to insure suitable time of delivering to sites.
- Overseeing building work.
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
- Supervising contracted staff.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
- Providing technical advice.
- Ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
- Managing construction projects.
- Studying execution obstacle and make plane to solve it According to the best results.
- Insure that projects were executed according to the planned budget by controlling the cost (comparing the planned by actual cost).
- Monitors and directs, in collaboration with his PMT, (Project Management Team), all site activities to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters.
- Assess and reviews the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.
- Manage changes to Engineering scope and assist in obtaining written client approval on all changes before proceeding with work
- Prepares reports for corrective actions if project becomes behind schedule or overspends budget, and presents to General Manager with recovery plan.
- Reviews periodic status reports prepared by PMT Managers. Prepares and presents reports for General Manager, including monthly summary report.
Confers with his PMT Managers to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. - Inspects work in progress to ensure conformity with QA/QC specifications and requirements, Industry Codes, Standards and Procedures, and provides technical advises to resolve problems.
Job Requirements
- 15+ Years of experience in Hospitality Constructions ( 5 years as Project Manager)
- Project Management Certificate is a MUST
- Architecture drawing review & evaluation
- Strong communication skills with consultants and contractors
- Working knowledge of opening budgets and forecasting variances
