Job Description

  • Answer telephones
  • Create/ Complete forms
  • Share in the collection Follow up circle , Project Tracking follow up
  • Responsible for all the administrative duties and the day to day management of the firm. This includes all office administrative functions, accounting and banking, legal paperwork, public relations
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars
  • Maintain E-Mail and Mail follow
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records
  • Coordinate conference and meetings.
  • Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of the clerical staff.
  • Order and dispense supplies and maintain supply inventory.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate office secretary AUC, GUC or English Literature degree.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • 6th of October City residents.
