Job Description
- Answer telephones
- Create/ Complete forms
- Share in the collection Follow up circle , Project Tracking follow up
- Responsible for all the administrative duties and the day to day management of the firm. This includes all office administrative functions, accounting and banking, legal paperwork, public relations
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars
- Maintain E-Mail and Mail follow
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records
- Coordinate conference and meetings.
- Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of the clerical staff.
- Order and dispense supplies and maintain supply inventory.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate office secretary AUC, GUC or English Literature degree.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- 6th of October City residents.
