Job Description
- Attendance records of the employees and calculating the overtime variable pay for the employees and follow up the vacation balances and absence of all employees.
- Responsible for employees data base and records.
- Responsible for employee filing system and maintain a hard copy of all the documents required in employees files in compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law requirements.
- Follow up the employees contract renewal process.
- Make sure all employee social insurance documents and forms (1,6 and 2) are available, updated and processed in a timely manner.
- Assist in Medical & Life insurance and recruitment procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Very good English.
- Very good Microsoft office (Word,Excel,Power point)
- Solid knowledge of the Egyptian labor law & social insurance procedures & rules.
- Problem solving skills.
- Multi task skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
