Job Description

  • Attendance records of the employees and calculating the overtime variable pay for the employees and  follow up the vacation balances and absence of all employees.
  • Responsible for employees data base and records.
  • Responsible for employee filing system and maintain a hard copy of all the documents required in employees files in compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law requirements.
  • Follow up the employees contract renewal process.
  • Make sure all employee social insurance documents and forms (1,6 and 2) are available, updated and processed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in Medical & Life insurance and recruitment procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree 
  • Very good English.
  • Very good Microsoft office (Word,Excel,Power point)
  • Solid knowledge of the Egyptian labor law & social insurance procedures & rules.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Multi task skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
