Job Description
- Manage and lead the Sales team in achieving sales volume and profit.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by maintaining profitable relationship with existing customers and generating new business streams and achieving sales targets.
- Set individual and regional sales targets, forecasts, budgets and develop and/ or adjust Sales long-term and mid-term strategy (on a yearly basis) in consultation with the Management Team.
- Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research on competitors and customers.
- Train and supervise sales team with their projects.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering is a must. (Prefer Civil Engineer)
- +12 years Sales Experience in the Formwork and Scaffolding industry with a proven track record of meeting objectives
- 5+ successful Sales Management Experience with a proven track record of meeting objectives
- Key account Management skills: Negotiation, Value Proposition.
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse cultural Background
- Highly skilled at coaching and mentoring sales representatives and developing team dynamic
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and CRM tools.
- Excellent in English.
