Job Description
- Review and prioritize the unassigned orders from system.
- handle the work operation against the facilities “ like (Technicians , drivers, location , …etc)
- Classify the job orders in a sheet and ensure the relevant technician’s signature.
- Follow up and communicate with customers as per customer’s availability and the technician’s circumstances.
- Cancel or postpone the job order according to the customer’s request.
- Generate daily report indicating the customer’s data and the name of the technician achieved the order.
- Receive the Customers and present all the required product aspects.
- Handle all the financial issues related to the service Center and review it with the finance department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree, preferably accounting
- From 1-3 Years' experience
- Attention to details
- Customer service skills
- Very good communication Skills
- Hard Worker
- Familiar with working in numbers
- Very good user of Ms. Office , Specially Excel
- Preferably some one who is living in Alexandria
