Our client, a Travel agency, managing one of the biggest B2B hotel / travel booking website, is looking for Sales Director :
Job Description :
- Oversees implementation of sales strategies set by the management.
- Preparing and implementing the sales plan in accordance with the agreed upon strategy
- Responsible for executing all customer-targeted promotions resulting in continuous sales growth.
- Accountable for controlling sales resources to ensure company’s growth
- Manage all agency, vendor and partner accounts while providing strong relationship.
- Oversees development of new sales channels; identifying new market opportunities maximizing the profit achieved from current clients in addition to creating and leading new business plan
- Maintain the risk management performance against the agreed budget and business plans implementing remedial plans to correct any areas of under performance.
- Responsible for all vendor contract negotiations, sales budgets and reporting with an overall goal of providing highest ROI strategies to optimize sales revenue.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic is a must
- 5 years of experience in sales - business to business – tourism/travel field.
- Sales diploma is a plus.
