Job Description

  • Achieve regular sales targets as sales plan.
  • Record and classify all prospective customers’ data.
  • Writing regular reports about current customers and their details (Visits, calls, contracts …. etc.)
  • Be updated with related market researches and analysis.
  • Follow company sales system and forms.
  • Study all details about company projects.
  • Negotiate the buyers and generally representing the company.
  • Close the deal with the client.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field.
  • From 1 to 3 years’ experience in real estate companies.
  • Good Command of English.
  • Negotiating.
  • Excellent presentation and customer handling skills.
  • Strong client Management skills.
  • Very good Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Very strong verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Goal oriented.
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment.
  • Meeting Management.
  • Having a car is must.
