Job Description
- Collect information on daily appointments, enter them on computers and circulate this information to all departments.
- For reception, greet visitors and guide them to the waiting area. Notify the relevant departments, if necessary, of the arrival of their appointment.
- Enter the date and time of arrival of the visitors on the computer. Also save the canceled appointments.
- Respond to requests and questions from visitors.
- Respond to requests for all information such as school address, phone numbers, fax, mail, explanations to come to school, etc ...
- Ensure that the reception area is well arranged, tidy, clean and that the bulletin board is up to date.
- Ensure the display of school brochures.
- Ensure refreshments are put in place for parents.
- Perform administrative tasks if requested, such as filing, photocopying, gathering information, writing faxes, letters, reports, etc.
- Receive and save the mails in the notebook provided for this purpose and then distribute them to the persons concerned, after having taken their signatures.
Job Requirements
- University degree: Bachelors degree, preferably in tourism and hospitality.
- Participation in training is compulsory.
- Fluency in French, English and Arabic.
- Computer skills (Internet, mail, word, excel).
- Have a good sense of customer relations
