- Supporting sales team with technical products and services features and specification.
- Demonstrating products and services applications to intended and target clients.
- Following-up performance results after delivery, claim case study, data collection, and resolution proposals and plans.
- Reporting to top management with detailed reports of calls with full details; basic content, queries, conclusions and action/follow-up plan with dates.
- Maintaining existing leads and developing existing customers.
Job Requirements
- Holding a Bachelor degree of Mechatronics.
- A min of two years working experience.
- Fluent English spoken and written.
- Computer literacy ; Microsoft office, presentations, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Is able to work under pressure.
- Is able to learn new things and new fields
