Job Description
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort data in electronic form and present reports
- Respond to online and telephone leads and referring them to the relevant member of staff
- Perform other administrative support tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree at least
- Females only
- Presentable
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
