Job Description

  • Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
  • Handle all the social media comments, messages
  • Manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
  • Generating sales through customer discussions.
  • Answer and handle all the customers questions and concerns.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and suggest suitable products
  • Seize opportunities to up-sell products
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree at least.
  • Well-versed in Internet technologies and applications
  • Working knowledge of Internet marketing concepts
  • Social media experience (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of interactive communications or online content management
  • Knowledge of cosmetic products is an asset
