Job Description
We are looking for a Oracle SCM Functional Associate/Consultant has overall responsibility for the implementation process handling and the related documentation of the project deployment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with offshore and onsite team members as Oracle Cloud SCM functional consultant
- Ability to work independently and manage the task assignments
- Ability to understand customers business requirements and explain to technical consulate in a simplified way, also require some technical knowledge to be able to write functional document for RICE which could be understood by technical consultants
- Gather, analyze business requirements & perform FIT-GAP analysis
- Active participation in preparing various project documents – Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials etc.
- Explain the business requirement to other team members in the project
- Write functional requirement documents
- Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments
- Works closely with users during user acceptance testing phase
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Advance Procurement Modules, out of which more than 3+ Years of experience in Fusion Cloud Supply Chain.
- Should have Product & Implementation knowledge in Procurement, Procurement Contract, Sourcing, Supplier portal, Supplier Qualification, Self-service procurement and Inventory module
- Should have Good SCM Domain knowledge
- Implementation experience in Retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Should have experience in at least 3 – 4 Projects (Implementations or Roll Outs or Support Engagements with minimum 1 or 2 implementations)
- Should have good communication skills and be able to interact with multi ethnic clients
- Experience in working in global support model (Onsite-Offshore Model) to provide seamless support to client.
- Assist the team in preparation and planning for the workshops, review the work of the team in terms of process documentation, fit -gap analysis documentation and requirement documents, configuration, test scripts etc.
- Should be well versed with True Cloud Methodology and ability to drive the Solution Driven Approach.
