Job Description

Summary:

Act as the product owner in the marketing department with a direct link to the business line head to implement all marketing activities for that business line.

Planning and Strategy

  • Develop effective marketing strategies and plans to capture the job seeker and employer markets and ensure efficient alignment with the concerned business lines.
  • Develop product marketing strategies to communicate and showcase different features like pricing, advertising, product launching, and ensure efficient alignment with the concerned business lines.
  • Study the company’s products and translate technical details into benefits for users.
  • Prepare the budgeting and forecasting of targets related to marketing key results.

Execution

  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop product messaging that differentiates products from others in the market.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Control the brand presence and ensure consistency of the brand guidelines across all the channels.
  • Own the customer journey and communication in all touchpoints.

Research

  • Research competitor offerings and react when appropriate.
  • Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas through interviews, surveys, focus groups, research, and sales data.
  • Use market research data to establish product pricing
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products and services.

Budgeting

  • Distribute the marketing budget amongst different channels according to the strategy and the targets.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
  • Analytical and able to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize a team’s approach and a company’s forecast.
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent English level.
  • Excellent Presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling both online and offline marketing activities.
  • Experience in many marketing functions including Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Retention and Engagement, CRM, Demand Generation, Customer Acquisitions, Email Marketing, both ATL and BTL Campaigns, PR, Social Media, SEO/SEM, and more.
  • Experience and passion for building great marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledgeable on growth best practices, technologies, and trends.
