Job Description
- Supporting internal and external end users’ IT related tickets.
- Oversee Inventory custody form delivery for new comers in accordance with devices used.
- Assist in planning, evaluating, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Company devices and services.
- Administering, managing, monitoring, and maintaining all IT devices and services.
- Contact and coordinate with IT purchases vendors, maintenance and repair shops, and service providers.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades, Maintain network and system security, Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users and Evaluate / modify system's performance & Identify user needs / reoccurring issues accordingly.
- Run reports to determine reoccurring malfunctions as well as participating in monthly Workforce productivity analysis per employee.
- Revise technical manuals, confer with users and vendors, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and troubleshoot problems.
- Modify InfoSec policies according to developing needs to maintain a reliable workflow.
- Coordinate with Service Providers, Consultants and freelancers including property utility maintenance.

- Business needs and means to improve service delivery quality
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Support
- Technical requirements
- Evaluate products and technologies prioritizing quality over price.
- Recommend and select vendors
- Approve/authorize the purchase
- Maintain operations:
- Periodically check office internet connection(s) stability, speed, and uptime. “Daily”
- Standby for internal and external users’ trouble tickets. “Daily”
- Monitor and log internet access statistics, foresee malicious attempts and rush hours. “Weekly”
- Periodically check office shared resources. “Weekly”
- Periodically check office published services. “Weekly”
- Periodically check office core services and devices. “Weekly”
- Periodically check office voice landline(s) availability. “Monthly”
- Constantly coordinate with vendor(s) to guarantee stability. “Accordingly”
- Update related reports and sheets. “Accordingly”
- Internet Connection:
- Example: ADSL lines(s), USB modems, and related devices.
- Business portals:
- Oral: In person / IM.
- Written: Mail, Chat, ticketing system, or SMS.
- Implicit: After effects, change impact, unplanned incidents…etc.
- Internet access statistics:
- Bandwidth: Consumption, quotas, peak time, allocation…
- Content: Allowed and forbidden lists, malicious users…
- Security: Intrusion, viruses, attacks, bad requests…
- Shared resources:
- Data media: File server(s), Backup server(s), Portable sticks and drives, CDs and DVDs…
- Devices: Network printer(s), Conference room…
- Software: Tools and utilities repository, installation media, drivers…

- Cloud: Attendance tool, PBX…
