Job Description
- Following all bookings
- Make review for all bookings
- Sent special requests to hotels and suppliers
- Following problems with operation executive
- Call Center for agents and hotels and update call center report
- Following transfers details with agents and suppliers
- Create ticket for agents
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Hotels categories, rooms types, different policies for children, check in time and general online terms and conditions through training or work experience
- Ability to interact, persuade, communicate effectively
- Degree in hospitality, travel, tourism, business field
- Ability to work under pressure and rotation shift 04 pm till 12 am & 12 am till 08 am
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises
- Knowledge of dealing with online systems
- Very good in English (Spoken & written ) and computer skills ( word ,Excel )
