Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for a professional and well performing People Management within ALPLATABA. This includes the following responsibilities:
- Carry out all recruitments for blue collar and white collar employees in our plant
- Develop contract terms for new hires, personnel files and on-boarding plans
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relations, retention and increase productivity
- Create new HR policies and provide HR policy guidance
- Identify training needs for employees, organize trainings and monitor training programs to ensure success
Job Requirements
- 4-7 years exposure to the Human Resources functions in the manufacturing and/or FMCG industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
- Experience with HR software’s (recruiting, time management, performance management etc.)
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive, communication skills and hands-on mentality
- Excellent English and Arabic skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
