Job Description

Job Brief:

  • To be a part of Service Delivery and Support Specialists Team to provide first class service and post sales support to B2B customers.
  • A complete understanding of the company's technical/Software products. In addition, must show exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Due to the heavy reliance on various forms of communication, such as e-mailing, phoning, or in-person interactions with vendors, customers, personnel, and management, these Engineers must possess outstanding written and verbal abilities. They should also be self-starters who are flexible and work well with everyone from entry-level employees to upper management.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical service-related (Training – Installation – Implementation – all support levels) for PT Safa Amsa Indonesia organization.
  • Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs.
  • Typically reports to management.
  • Deliver the product and support new colleagues’ staff for full process cycle.
  • Keep up the good relation with customers on scheduled cycle contacts and site visits.

Teamwork Duties:

  • Handling customer’s inquiries.
  • Answering incoming calls, Chats, Web forms…….etc.
  • Offering customers products and services.
  • Processing customer correspondence, Handle escalated calls or escalated customer issues.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and maintained.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure offering world-class Customer Service at all times.
  • Meeting service level in handling all transactions measured through productivity reports.
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Provide outstanding phone, email, web chat-based technical and account services support to our customers.
