Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking received CVs from both internal and external recruitment sources on daily basis
  • Filtering CVs from both internal and external recruitment sources on daily basis
  • Completing the screening sheet with the full data from the CV accurately
  • Adhering to the screening plan meeting the targeted number of candidates required for interviewing in order to meet recruitment targets
  • Conducting phone interview for screening purposes and inviting accepted candidates for interviewing
  • Reporting daily and weekly screening reports to supervisor
  • Communicates with internal employees to fill in referral sheet to collect data
  • Performs other related Duties
