Job Description
We are looking for a hard worker Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.
Responsibilities will include writing code that will produce visual elements of the application and building SOA application using asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the full life cycle development of time sensitive projects.
- Recommend appropriate technologies to implement new features.
- Develop new user-facing features.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Learn New Frameworks as needed.
- Documenting and presenting your work.
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
- Good understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, ReactJS etc.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and knowledge of how to interface with them.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as SVN
- Good understanding of SOA principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
- Good understanding of SQL & principles of Database (Oracle , SQL Server , MySQL)
- Experience with Back-End Development is a plus.
