Job Description

This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing our client’s customer base. This role will also be responsible for growing and motivating the telematics sales team, ensuring that the team meets quarterly sales goals, and managing, tracking, and reporting overall sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support new business.
  • Ensure growth of sales pipeline and attainment of quarterly sales goals.
  • Define and prioritize strategic target account lists.
  • Identify and pursue key executives at target companies.
  • Maintain consistent levels of activity to reach assigned quarterly goals.
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using internal CRM.
  • Strong understanding of companies' sales cycle and the ability to evangelize company suite of products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant logistics & transportation and/or SaaS sales experience (focused on B2B sales).
  • Previous outside B2B sales experience.
  • Prior experience developing new business relationships with enterprise-level businesses.
  • Exhibit a true “hunter” mentality who strives for the close.
  • Ability to speak on new acquisition metrics held in previous roles
