Job Description

A customer service Manager is required for a Real Estate company in New Cairo.

  • Act as the key channel between customers and the company in terms of contracting.
  • Respond promptly to customers inquiries.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution
  • Successful candidate should be able to handle all customers inquiries received timely and professionally.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying their problems.
  • Keep records of customer's interactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
  • Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients.
  • Meeting qualified Customers, prepare agreements, and sign and collect fees.
  • Advise customers on the mortgage process.
  • Answer Hotline & Update CRM effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with Team Members.
  • Developing a full understanding of the real estate marketplace, and mortgage process.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service 
  • New Cairo residents and nearby only can apply.
  • Experience in Real Estate companies is a must*
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, google sheets, emailing.
  • Ability to troubleshoot key issues.
  • Strong communication & Problem Solving skills.
  • Males only.
