Job Description
A customer service Manager is required for a Real Estate company in New Cairo.
- Act as the key channel between customers and the company in terms of contracting.
- Respond promptly to customers inquiries.
- Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution
- Successful candidate should be able to handle all customers inquiries received timely and professionally.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying their problems.
- Keep records of customer's interactions, comments and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Manage all the after-sales service with the clients.
- Prepare all the reports and documentation regarding the clients.
- Meeting qualified Customers, prepare agreements, and sign and collect fees.
- Advise customers on the mortgage process.
- Answer Hotline & Update CRM effectively.
- Communicate effectively with Team Members.
- Developing a full understanding of the real estate marketplace, and mortgage process.
Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- New Cairo residents and nearby only can apply.
- Experience in Real Estate companies is a must*
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, google sheets, emailing.
- Ability to troubleshoot key issues.
- Strong communication & Problem Solving skills.
- Males only.
