Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce ITSS’s ERP, cloud, and software solutions.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
- Present product features and benefits clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle initial customer inquiries and provide basic information about ITSS’s offerings.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for senior sales staff.
- Stay updated on ITSS’s products, industry trends, and competitor activities.

- Training Duration: 3 months
- Paid: Yes
- Schedule: Five days per week
- Location: On-site
- Number of Trainees: 4

Job Requirements
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
