Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Team Lead to manage and optimize our ERP (SAP), maintenance applications, SCADA system integrations, and oversee the development of data warehouse and business intelligence (BI) dashboards. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support our factory’s digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SAP ERP systems [1].
- Manage and integrate the FIIX maintenance management system with other factory systems and processes.
- Oversee the integration of SCADA systems with the ERP and maintenance systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the factory’s data warehouse and BI dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement across all digital platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across systems.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, ERP, and SCADA system integration.
- knowledge of SAP and SCADA systems and other maintenance applications.
- Experience in leading data warehouse projects and developing BI dashboards.
- Proven track record of managing digital transformation projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
