Job Description
- Review client requirement documents, request necessary clarifications to achieve full understanding of customer requirements.
- Dealing with KNX & ETS programming.
- Dealing with CCTV, Central and Security systems and installation.
- Dealing with HVAC systems.
- Dealing with DALI, KNX.
- To perform site management for the installation works, inspections, testing and commissioning and handover of KNX system to clients
- Good Networking Knowledge.
- Installation & Commissioning of the systems.
- Prepare design for Building/Facility Automation systems which is cost effective and meets customer requirements.
- Designs includes solutions for: Building Management Systems (BMS), Light Control (KNX), Access Control System and full system integration.
- Create technical proposal document according to work instructions and requirements including solution design description, statement of work, product datasheets.
- Supervise technical implementation team and manage all project implementation activities from inception till final delivery.
- Prepare final As-built shop drawings and hand over documentation.
- Conduct customer training
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Power Engineering
- Experience more than 2 Years
- KNX Certificate is preferred
- Experience at home automation systems is a must
- Excellence in Excel , Good Communication Skills , Presentable
- Car is preferred
