Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Handling all disbursement orders issued by the financial Accountant and approved by the financial manager.
Receiving & documenting cash flow according to payment or Cash-in orders issued by the financial Accountant and approved by the financial manager.
Receive & Document cash and checks.
Preparing Daily reports.
Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
Preparing financial analyses and reports.
Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditures.
Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
Assisting with annual audit preparations.
Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance

Reporting Skills.
at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Males and females.
Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
Strong computer skills.
Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Department.
Perfect English Language.
