About The Role
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who deeply understands prospecting and develops strong relationships with customers. At the same time maintaining the company’s standard of sales and ensuring stock availability to achieve sales targets set by the company by going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Promote the sales of products by spotting and seizing sales opportunities, offering alternative solutions to problems, and suggesting add-on sales in order to achieve the established sales target.
- Suggest means of improving sales to his supervisor as well as determine “slow-moving” or “non-selling” items and suggest sales action.
- Be aware of developments in the local market by being attentive to the information given by customers; be aware of advertising and promotions in the media and make scheduled market visits to maintain the company’s competitive advantage and to properly advise customers.
- Be up to date with changes in the company’s product range such as new items or changes in existing items; Keep the Sales Manager informed of any customer’s problems/comments on the product range and/or any gaps in the range.
- Coordinates with Procurement Executive for information pertaining to stocks in his assigned
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
- Market and sell Cosmetics products, and solutions
- Professionally represent the company as the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Exceptional sales, negotiating, and closing skills
- Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

- Background or experience in retail, Cosmetics, Perfumes, and related fields
- Customer Focus, Initiative, Sales Driven
- Excellent in Written and spoken English
