Job Description

  • Understand the requirements of the client from the Work Order
  • Be the main point of contact with the client for any further clarifications
  • Create a detailed work plan and project charter which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Plan and execute training programs and conferences dealing with new classroom or virtual procedures, instructional materials, and equipment, and learning aids.
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, trainers travel logistics, etc.) Conduct or participate in workshops, committees, and conferences designed to promote the intellectual, social, and physical welfare of learners.
  • Ensure all materials are received within the timelines agreed with the trainer
  • Review and approve all project related materials
  • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
  • Update the sales manager on constant developments of the training
  • Advise learning and administrative staff in curriculum development, use of materials and equipment, and implementation of learning programs and procedures.
  • Organize production and design of learning materials.
  • Develop instructional materials to be used by educators and instructors if needed.
  • Lease with the trainer to discuss the project requirements and expectations
  • Follow the schedule set on CRM for project completion
  • Proactively communicate any change to the full team involved in the project and the management required to complete the project
  • Follow the escalation process in case trainers are not being responsive
  • Develop post training reports
  • Correct ILM Assignments
  • Send the standard post training forms to the sales representative
  • Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase in the team meeting
  • Work on other horizontal responsibilities assigned to you.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in R&D. check essential and desired criteria 
  • Essential criteria (please apply only if you meet the below)
  • Fully bilingual and able to design materials in both English and Arabic
  • Min 5 years of experience in materials research, design and development. 
  • Solid experience in exploring and meeting clients’ learning needs, proposing innovative and compelling learning solutions
  • Ability to design high-level learning and development tracks and proposals
  • A sound understanding of: latest HR practices; ROI; top international Assessments; Gamification tools; and digital learning games and activities
  • A bachelor’s degree or better from a reputable university
  • Desired criteria (advantage but not a must)
  • Ability to deliver interactive training workshops  
  • Professional certifications in any of the following areas or similar;
  • L&D Design 
  • Human Resources Management
  • Psychometric Assessment
  • Executive Coaching
  • Instructional Design
  • Gamification
