Job Description
- The Trade Relations Executive is considered as the main window through which the company maintains a direct link with its traders.
- Ensure that both traders’ satisfaction and the company's corporate goals are in line for a perfect match.
- Solicits traders’ feedback from the marketplace by initiating the contact.
- Responsible for handling Traders’ inquires, complaints, and claims. Projects positive and professional traders oriented image as he/she is a key factor in promoting and maintaining good customer relations.
- Acts in a cordial, patient, friendly and tactful manner when in contact with traders.
- Listens in a pleasant and friendly manner to all incoming traders' complaints, suggestions, inquiries, and problems.
- Initiates all outgoing customers' feedback and measurement of EG traders' satisfaction and response activities and calls set by the customers' relations manager.
- Expedite in a timely manner all trader's inquiries, suggestions, and complaints to the Trade Relations Manager.
- Submits to the Trade Relations Manager periodic reports that depict and refer to the number, the nature of complaints, and the response time taken for each.
- Notifies the Trade Relations Manager about unusual conditions and/or trends in a timely manner.
- Follows up the execution of traders' complaints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of any related discipline.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Aware of marketing activities.
- Good Command in English Language.
- Very Good communication skills.
