Job Description
- Design and deliver engaging English language training sessions for BPO employees in an office-based environment.
- Assess trainees’ language proficiency and tailor training modules to address specific communication gaps.
- Develop and update training materials, resources, and activities to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to trainees to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align language training with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Facilitate workshops on customer service communication, accent neutralization, and soft skills development.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes, progress, and areas for improvement to management.
- Support new hire onboarding by delivering foundational English and communication skills training.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language training and BPO communication.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in English language training, preferably within a BPO or contact center environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering training content for adult learners.
- Familiarity with BPO operations, customer service processes, and call center terminology.
- Ability to assess language proficiency and provide targeted coaching.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and digital training tools.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work full-time in an office-based setting.
