Job Description

  • Design and deliver engaging English language training sessions for BPO employees in an office-based environment.
  • Assess trainees’ language proficiency and tailor training modules to address specific communication gaps.
  • Develop and update training materials, resources, and activities to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to trainees to foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align language training with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Facilitate workshops on customer service communication, accent neutralization, and soft skills development.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes, progress, and areas for improvement to management.
  • Support new hire onboarding by delivering foundational English and communication skills training.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language training and BPO communication.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and growth.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in English language training, preferably within a BPO or contact center environment.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience designing and delivering training content for adult learners.
  • Familiarity with BPO operations, customer service processes, and call center terminology.
  • Ability to assess language proficiency and provide targeted coaching.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and digital training tools.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work full-time in an office-based setting.
