Quality Assurance specialist Responsibilities include

Developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.
Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
Making recommendations for improvement.
Monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve a company's final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards.

A minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role
Attention to detail to ensure the system satisfies all specifications and requirements to meet the client’s expectations
Analysis/Critical thinking/Problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate current and new processes clearly and issues in a clear and understandable manner
Must be able to operate under pressure and still ensure that standards are met while managing potentially detrimental effects to timeline and budget.
Interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in teams across organizations and should be able to provide leadership to, collaborate and work with many different types of people at varying levels of seniority.
Good experience in CMMI and ISO process
