Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Responsibility for interacting and responding to inquiries of customers.
  • Responsibility for the staffing of in-house and freelance translators around the globe.
  • Staff and recruit, when needed, suitable talents within the required budget with high-quality levels.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Sales, Account Managers and Project Managers to:

  • Respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Identify their needs, clarify information, and provide quick and effective solutions - Staff and recruit, when needed, suitable talents within the required budget with high-quality levels
  • Evaluate project scope and make talent recommendations accordingly
  • Maintain effective communication to ensure accurate fulfillment of their requests - Provide timely follow up and feedback for all their issues
  • Help in building a comprehensive global database of translators to meet continuous business needs

Work closely with Talents to:

  • Troubleshoot all talent problems and present to management as required
  • Provide support and guidance to solve all talents’ problems and direct them as required
  • Responsibility for following up freelancer’ payments with the Finance department

Job Requirements

  • University Degree (highly preferred from faculty of languages)
  • 1-2 years of experience in any field (preferably in offshore call center/back office/email & chat accounts)
  • Excellent/Fluent verbal and written English communication skills
  • HR Recruitment background is a plus.
  • Willing to take the initiative to respond to and/or address challenging situations
  • Customer focus and great interpersonal skills to manage customer issues, build relationships and cooperate with customers
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Have a problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented
  • Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
  • Knowledge and eagerness to learn and identify new technologies and new tools
  • Working from home is allowed.
  • Working hours from 03:00 AM to 12:30 PM US Time Zone
  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday
