Job Description
Job Holder will be responsible for but not limited to the below:
- Ensure working according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and reports.
- Responsible for handling all DAMA cases in the hospital and support patients & relatives with all service& medical information they need for better decisions taken.
- Ensure all new admissions are fitting hospital admission criteria.
- Take all appropriate measures to ensure best utilization for all hospital facilities, services, Bed management.
- Conduct routine and regular rounds to inspect on the quality of services rendered from different facilities and make sure compliance to hospital dress code, manners of all staff.

Minimum Qualifications/education:
- Bachelor's Degree of medicine.
- Hospital Management Diploma or MBA is a plus.
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years experience working in an Interdisciplinary Environment (Hospital Management)

- Knowledge of principles and methods for managing individuals and groups.
- Practical problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
- Good time management skills.
