Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Job Requirements
- A digital and social native, ideally with a degree in Communication, Marketing or Psychology.
- Two-four years of relevant experience full-time in an agency or client-side, managing multiple brands and projects (F&B Industry).
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva.
- A proactive, self-starter who loves a new challenge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Can think critically and strategically, loves to question things.
- Distinctive problem-solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- Experience with Media Buying.
- Nice to have marketing tools (SEMrush, Cyfe, Mix panel).
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with SEO tools.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
