Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms.
  • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • A digital and social native, ideally with a degree in Communication, Marketing or Psychology.
  • Two-four years of relevant experience full-time in an agency or client-side, managing multiple brands and projects  (F&B Industry).
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva.
  • A proactive, self-starter who loves a new challenge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Can think critically and strategically, loves to question things.
  • Distinctive problem-solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
  • Experience with Media Buying.
  • Nice to have marketing tools (SEMrush, Cyfe, Mix panel).
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
