Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the academy, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Prepare presentations for marketing meetings and events.
- Responsible for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and internal communication.
- Takes meeting minutes and follows up on action items.
- Track marketing metrics and report on results.
- Assist with marketing research and analysis.
- Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
