Job Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the academy, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting. 
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments. 
  • Prepare presentations for marketing meetings and events.
  • Responsible for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and internal communication.
  • Takes meeting minutes and follows up on action items.
  • Track marketing metrics and report on results.
  • Assist with marketing research and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
