Job Description
- Receiving and making calls for prospect customers turning into visits.
- Organize site visits and convert maximum site visits into sales.
- Do presentations for customers.
- Explain contracts, addressing concerns and finalizing deals.
- Complete sale proceedings/documentation as per the Company guidelines.
- Understand the company's competitive advantage.
- Meet monthly/annual sales targets.
- Prepare monthly sales reports.
- Maintain good relations with existing and new customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Proven Working Experience as Property Consultant from 2 to 3 years in the real estate field.
- New Cairo experience is preferable.
- Presentation, Negotiation, and communication skills are required.
- Good user of MS Office.
- Presentable.
