Job Description
- Manage overdue collections from payers on a timely basis
- Put collection target and drive implementation steps.
- Use Strong analytical skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of financial management principles
- Use Ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate with payers, and provide clear instructions and feedback to team members
- Develop KPIs on the Unit level, and monitor implementation.
