Role and Responsibilities of the Marketing Content Writer: 

 

  • Manage all communications, events, online presence, and social media channels that relate to employer branding.
  • Work with the team to come up with career events and creative campaigns to position the company locally for potential talent.
  • Create content and campaigns to promote FlairsTech's employer brand and become an employer of choice in Egypt.
  • Captivate the employer brand consistently and generate copy that is impactful across the country.
  • Collaborate with the team in brainstorming new and creative ways to reach and engage with our employees and candidates.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a tech company.
  • Experience with writing both long and short-form content.
  • Experience managing events, print, activities, and doing PR campaigns, both digitally and offline.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, IT, or a related field
  • Ability to develop and build robust and appealing content across all our communications channels externally and internally.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and presentation skills

Definitely a plus: 

  • Experience in PR, communications, and employer branding is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Employer Branding is a plus. Passion for Employer Branding is a must.
  • Understanding of HR functions and employer branding.
  • Knowledge of the IT and tech space with expertise in IT consulting or professional services offerings
