Role and Responsibilities of the Marketing Content Writer:
- Manage all communications, events, online presence, and social media channels that relate to employer branding.
- Work with the team to come up with career events and creative campaigns to position the company locally for potential talent.
- Create content and campaigns to promote FlairsTech's employer brand and become an employer of choice in Egypt.
- Captivate the employer brand consistently and generate copy that is impactful across the country.
- Collaborate with the team in brainstorming new and creative ways to reach and engage with our employees and candidates.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a tech company.
- Experience with writing both long and short-form content.
- Experience managing events, print, activities, and doing PR campaigns, both digitally and offline.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, IT, or a related field
- Ability to develop and build robust and appealing content across all our communications channels externally and internally.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and presentation skills
Definitely a plus:
- Experience in PR, communications, and employer branding is highly desirable.
- Experience with Employer Branding is a plus. Passion for Employer Branding is a must.
- Understanding of HR functions and employer branding.
- Knowledge of the IT and tech space with expertise in IT consulting or professional services offerings
