Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be the link between the website and job seekers and explain our service.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Receive calls from customers and maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in shop service .
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information ,Maintain beneficiary , client , provider or any caller ‘s satisfaction
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Attend educational meetings to improve knowledge and performance level
- Follow up any complaints raised within call and feed the caller back
- Call back the unreached callers and make sure to solve their inquiries
- Handling customer inquiries within calls.
- Try to handle the customer complaints after referring to provider, in case failed to handle his complaint refer the complaint to the provider relationship officer

Job Requirements
- Males only
- Living near NEW CAIRO
- Presentable.
- Fluency in English is a must with American accent
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
- Proven customer support experience or any relevant experience.
