Job Description
- Develop maintenance policies and control system strategies and designs along with creating the specifications for tender.
- Manage the electromechanical maintenance requirement of Zewail city.
- Responsible for BMS operation and implementation of energy conservation.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
- Supervising and maintaining the existing installations in relation to contract requirements and maintain the standards for accreditations associated with this work.
- Managing BMS surveys, audits and data gathering.
- Assess and analyze incidents, complaints and resolve operational problems.
- Proactively promoting Systems and Upgrades to existing Building Management Systems.
- Monitor payments of materials acquisition and budget control and constraints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum of +5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Technical proficiency on controls systems including familiarity with control panels, networking, panel/field wiring and PLC control systems
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in the use of the following Microsoft tools: Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
- Requires diligence, attention to detail, strong HVAC knowledge, electrical, lighting, security, fire suppression, power generation, plumbing, and instrumentation knowledge.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
