We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager with 7+ years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing accounting operations, preferably in the FMCG sector.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions, and review of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Supervise and guide the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other management reports.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with other departments.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members on accounting processes, best practices, and compliance standards.
• Ensure that accounting operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies, and support external audits.
• Review and improve internal controls to safeguard the company’s financial assets and ensure accuracy in reporting.
