Job Description
- Manage day-to-day Application activities.
- Provide day-to-day support for Fawry Users internal/External.
- Dashboards and custom view creation.
- Translate business requirements into an appropriate Dynamics solution (entities, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards).
- Perform unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
- Perform data migration activities.
- Provide on-going training on the provided solutions.
- Provide on-call advice and technical support to various users regarding specific operational/applications issues.
- Implement and customize Fawry Workflows.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor`s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2-3 years of configuration and customization experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a must.
- Understanding and configuring a Dynamic CRM security model (Roles, Permissions, Business Units) is a must.
- Knowledge of other Microsoft stack technologies (such as SQL Server, IIS, ADFS) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of (CA Help Desk, Envision Document Management Solutions) is a plus.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Highly organized, able to effectively multi-task.
- Excellent command of English.
